While Serhan and Neslihan are trying to get over the shock of being confronted with Doctor Güven, they are drawn into a new vortex when the terminally ill Rüzgar is brought to the hospital. When Serhan learns the reason why Yaman beat Rüzgar, he will be shocked with new information while opposing his surgery at Soysalan Hospital. Alaz confesses his crime to his father. As Çağla's anger towards her brother Yaman grows, the police arrest Yaman for beating Rüzgar. While Serhan tries to protect his own son Alaz, Güven unwittingly helps his own son Yaman. Cesur shares with Yaman the information that Alaz might be the real culprit, and a new door of hope opens for Asi. If the truth about Alaz is revealed, Yaman will no longer stay at the Soysalan house and will return to the neighborhood. As Eşref decides to perform an autopsy to prove his son Caner's innocence, doctor Güven confronts him after years and asks him to account for the past. When Yaman reaches the criminal evidence that will burn Alaz, Rüzgar has survived the critical process and is preparing to testify. While Yaman prepares to use the evidence he has, Serhan instructs his son Alaz to escape, thinking that he is preventing his son from rotting in prison. However, Alaz has a big surprise for both his family and Yaman. The boat, which is speeding offshore, has another surprise passenger.
