Summary:

Episode 11 begins with Çiçek revealing her true identity in front of the press and declaring Iskender innocent of the allegations made against him as well as clarifies Ali as the person who stabbed him not Bulant.  At the police station, Çiçek and Iskender give their statements, Çiçek lies tells the police she’s been in the ICU since the fire occurred and was just recently released which is when she spoke with Ali who confessed to stabbing Iskender.  She tells the police where Ali is hiding, which is actually where Iskender dropped him off after threatening him of killing Çiçek if he mentions his name to the police.

Ali is found and taken to the police station where Ozan is waiting for him to let him know he’s going to continue to help him.  Once Çiçek and Iskander are released from the police, they leave together which is witnessed by Ozan however he doesn’t see that Çiçek actually leaves with Tomris.  On their way home, Tomris makes sure Çiçek followed their plan to go along with Iskender’s threats until Tomris gets evidence to prove both Iskender and Çelebi were responsible for the fire.

Once Çiçek and Tomris arrive at their house, they find Ruya waiting for them who is extremely happy to find her best friend alive.  Çiçek explains how devastated she was when no one realized it was her, including Ruya, since no one bothered to look at her eyes let alone her face.  She says she doesn’t care that she lost everything as long as she was able to save Atlas.  When Tomris arrives, Ruya accuses her of using Çiçek to pose as Şimal to get custody of Atlas and while they argue, Çiçek gets irritated and tells them to stop arguing because it was her decision to help.

The following day, Jemre is still having a hard time with the fact that Gunesh doesn’t like her home so she’s depressed and distracted.  Her boss takes her aside and tells her she’s stronger than she thinks and will overcome this hurdle.

Çelebi takes care of the legal work to get Bulant released from jail to use him against Tomris.  As Tomris is about to leave for the hospital, Bulant arrives demanding to take Atlas and has Çelebi with him as his lawyer.  They claim since Şimal is dead, Bulant has a legal right to take Atlas but when Bulant attempts to take him, Atlas and Çiçek hide in his room.  Right before Bulant enters the room, Atlas speaks his first words to Çiçek “Do not leave me”.  Just then, Bulant opens the door and takes Atlas away from a devastated Tomris.

Determined to help Atlas, Çiçek meets with Iskender to let him know Bulant took Atlas with the help of Çelebi.  Iskender becomes upset and then surprised when Çiçek tells him Atlas spoke his first words to her asking her not to leave him.  Tomris meets with Kenan to check if he got any additional information from Çelebi so she can stop him from proving Şimal is dead.  Kenan says Iskender has been smuggling paintings from the reservoir but after the fire, they stopped due to the investigation which means they have a few paintings still hidden.  Kenan says Çelebi will be transporting the paintings soon, so they need to find them as soon as possible before they get transported out of the country.

Tomris goes to Ozan’s newspaper with the information Kenan gave her to ask them for their help to find the paintings.  They agree.  Ozan visits the police station to get information about the investigation to get details about the preparations for the event.  Ruya speaks with the waiter who was charged with locking the kitchen staff in the basement during the fire to ask if he knows what construction company was used for the preparations.  He provides the name of the company and mentions he witnessed a lot of activity with deliveries which didn’t seem appropriate.  Ozan shares his findings with Ömer who tells him Kenan was the person who allowed the event to occur even though the building had sanctions against it.  They’re uncertain if they should tell Ruya that her father could possibly be involved, so they ultimately decide not to tell her until they get more information.  When Ruya shares the name of the construction company used for the event, she calls her father to try to get more information but he demands she stop investigating the case immediately.  After Ruya hangs up with her father, she detects Ozan and Ömer are hiding something from her.  In order to protect her, Ömer suggests she let him handle the investigation alone going forward but she refuses.  She reminds him that she is being blamed for the fire and being held accountable for the people who died so she intends on making all the guilty people pay for what they did.

Later, Tomris goes to Bulant’s house looking for Atlas however she doesn’t find him there because he left Atlas alone at a hotel.  Bulant shamelessly negotiates with Tomris asking her to give him everything she has in exchange for Atlas’ custody.  She agrees so he takes her to the hotel where he left him, however they find the room empty.  At that moment, Iskender shows up at Tomris’ home with Atlas.  Çiçek is so surprised, she lovingly calls him "son".  Iskender helps Atlas take a bath while Çiçek helps to get him ready for bed.  She notices Iskender staring at her so she tells him she will hate him for what he did to her for the rest of her life.

While Ruya and Ömer have lunch, they have a passionate conversation regarding their relationship as well as why Ömer no longer wants Ruya involved in the investigation.  Since Ömer is trying to protect Ruya in case they discover her father is responsible for the fire, he refuses to give her a straight answer which frustrates Ruya even more.  This leads to their relationship so Ömer buys a bottle of liquor which he tells Ruya to hold and in a year, they’ll drink it together if she is still talking to him.  At that moment, Ozan calls Ömer to inform him he watched the videos of the delivery trucks and noticed one of the trucks always taking a different route which he assumes is where the paintings are being kept.  Ömer agrees to check the address along with Ruya although Ömer refuses to take her.  Later, Ozan arrives and between both of them, they take over the two guards at the warehouse and locate the paintings.

When Tomris gets home to finally see Atlas, the police arrive asking to speak with Şimal.  Tomris informs them she’s out of town and doesn’t know when she’ll be back.  The police tell her they need to speak with her right away to get her testimony so Tomris informs them she’ll call her and have her get in touch with them.  However, later that evening, the police stop by again but this time, they ask for Tomris to take her in due to a complaint filed against her that involves Çiçek staying at her house the entire time after the fire instead of at the hospital like previously reported.  They inform her they have a witness who will testify but Tomris refuses to speak until she sees her lawyer and asks for Çelebi.  When Çelebi refuses to see Tomris, Ömer tells him it would be to his advantage if he went to see Tomris.  Upon arriving at the police station, he tells Tomris no one can save her from the trouble she’s in however Tomris asks him if he’s wondering where the paintings are that killed 21 people including her daughter.  She tells him he will help her get out of the problem he put her in or risk spending the rest of his life in jail.

Ömer updates Ruya on the situation and they again get into a little argument when Ömer doesn’t say anything else to her.  Ruya, feeling frustrated, tells Çiçek she doesn’t understand why Ömer acts the way he does.  She feels like he loves her, but he doesn’t actually say it.  Çiçek tells her to go tell him how she feels and perhaps he’ll respond the same way.  She reminds her that life is too short to keep things inside.  At the same time, Ömer and Ozan are having a similar conversation.  Ozan doesn’t understand why Ömer wants to wait a year to drink the bottle of liquor with Ruya when they’re both in love.  Ömer tells him he’s waiting for the day he won’t be abandoned.  He says he feels Ruya will leave him once they start dating which he won’t be able to tolerate.  Once Ömer is alone in his store and thinking back of the times he spent with Ruya, he decides to go talk to her however at that moment Ruya shows up at his door.  She tells him she doesn’t want to wait a year and opens the bottle and takes a shot, Ömer on the other hand takes four shots telling her he’s not afraid to wait or to love and finally kisses her.

What I Disliked:

I’m still not liking that Gunesh refused to stay with Jemre in her little house.  I understand she’s only known the good things in life and she’s a child, but I would have thought that she wouldn’t care where they were as long as they were together.  I also don’t like Bulant who gets nastier and nastier.  I don’t understand what Şimal saw in him to marry him.  He needs to disappear from Atlas’ life.  I also did not like that Tomris’ assistant allowed herself to be used by Çelebi and told him that Çiçek had been staying at her house since the fire.  She seemed dedicated to Tomris but I guess not.

What I Loved:

I love Jemre’s boss, who we still don’t know her name!  Even though she seems like a mean person, she continues to help her without asking any questions.  She is definitely a mystery.  Ömer and Ruya’s arguments are so fun to watch.  I loved the scene at the restaurant, where Ömer tells Ruya she won’t tolerate him for two days let alone a year.  I feel like their arguments is their way of flirting.   I love how Çiçek has bonded with Atlas so much that she called him son without realizing it.  I also love that out of everyone in his life, Atlas chose Çiçek to speak his first words to in years.

My Thoughts:

Although I don't like Iskender, I don't think he was staring at Çiçek because of her scars during the scene in the bathroom, but rather he was realizing just how loving and caring she is.  He never paid attention to her when he was with Ruya so I think he likes that she's taking good care of Atlas as if she was his real mother.  I’m so happy that Ruya finally found out that Çiçek is alive.  They both needed each other’s support to be able to deal with their current situations.  I’m excited that Ömer finally opened his heart to Ruya and allowed himself to love and be loved.  He has so much to offer her and has been a positive influence on her.  I hope nothing happens to break them up, at least not anytime soon anyway.
