The new chief Muhsin is determined to keep everyone in line. While Doruk's future at the hospital remains uncertain, Nazlı, who was taken to the emergency room, is unhappy that she can no longer work with Ali. Ali struggles with his new position as chief assistant and Muhsin's compression. But a little consolation console everyone;  it is Nazlı's upcoming birthday.
