Ferman, Nazlı and Ali are going to a conference abroad for a prestigious award. But when Ezo surprises everyone and gets on the same plane, things get messed up from the very beginning. On the other hand, Tanju, who is called to the court, has to entrust the surgical department to Demir and Doruk.
