When the patient, who is understood to be a rapist during the operation, which continues under great stress, becomes paralyzed, question marks arise about Hakan's wrong operation. When Berk tells Yalçın a detail about the surgery, Yalçın gets a big trump card. Yalçın sends an inspector to Uluçınar to investigate Leyla and Hakan. Ömer makes a move to save Leyla; but this turns all of Hakan's plans upside down. Hakan is dismissed from the profession. Leyla cannot withstand the psychological test and is forced to resign.
