Synopsis
The threat reaching as far as his ancestors’ graves brings Adil Koçari to the brink of crossing boundaries he has never crossed before. Adil’s vow to stand by his villagers, living and dead, gives everyone hope, but leaves a burning ember in Esme’s heart. And this war they find themselves caught up in before they can even resolve their own problems and understand one another turns that ember in Esme’s heart into a blaze.
Having lost everything, the Furtunas try to get back on their feet after the punishment imposed on them. İso’s joy at being reunited with his brother is overshadowed by what Oruç asks of him. Caught between his family and the woman he loves, İso must pay a price whether he stays in Koçari or leaves.
When Timur targets Esme to save his son Cengiz, Aleyna Koçari steps in for Eleni, who cannot bear to lose her mother once again. The hands that save lives now grasp a gun; Cengiz’s fate is at Aleyna’s mercy. An unexpected helping hand extended to cornered Timur changes the course of the entire struggle. As the time Emriye gave them runs out, only a signature remains before the land is sold to Timur. Adil’s promise to the woman he loves and his vow to his villagers now clash. Does keeping one of those promises mean breaking the other?
