Synopsis
Esme’s disappearance drives Adil nearly insane. Consumed by panic and worry, he loses control while Esme, for the first time in twenty years, tastes the unique feeling of freedom after breaking away from Şerif. At the same time, she gathers strength and makes plans for the great battle ahead. When Adil learns that Esme left because she didn’t know a single Muslim whose table she could sit at during Ramadan and he is devastated. He goes up to the highlands and camps at the door of the woman he loves.
Wanting to deeply experience the spirit of Ramadan that has embraced everyone in Koçari, Eleni decides to fast, even though she is Christian. Her greatest supporter and guide throughout this journey is Oruç. Meanwhile, Zarife remains determined to marry the two off, but she is met with a major surprise.
After Şerif is sent to prison, İso and Fadime decide to divorce. Yet with that decision, they begin to realize just how hard it is to let go of each other. Eyüphan devises a dangerous plan and tampers with the brakes of İso’s pickup truck. However, it is not İso who gets into the vehicle, it is Eleni and Fadime, who want to have their first iftar with Esme. The pickup’s brakes fail, and they are involved in a horrific crash. Who will survive this terrible accident is now dependent on nothing short of a miracle.
