Erkan is arrested after taking responsibility for shooting Ferman and is brought to trial in Istanbul. However, Dicle has much bigger problems to deal with. Ferman’s condition is critical, and he urgently needs a kidney transplant to survive. For this reason, Ferman is also brought to Istanbul, while Erkan is ordered to remain in custody pending trial, turning everyone’s attention to whether Ferman will survive.

Erkan’s arrest also drags the Aldur family into a major struggle. After transferring Ferman to a hospital in Istanbul, the family mobilizes all their resources to find a suitable kidney donor. Meanwhile, Tahir threatens İnci with the truth he has learned about Erkan.
