Synopsis
After completely disrupting Byzantium’s plans and giving Notaras the necessary response, Mehmed continues with the preparations for the conquest without any delay. Meanwhile, he instructs his pashas to remain vigilant, especially warning Baltaoğlu never to abandon his position. However, Baltaoğlu falls victim to a scheme orchestrated by Constantine. On the other hand, Çandarlı is relentlessly following the trail of his nephew Hayreddin’s blood, searching for Rizzo everywhere. Blinded by his desire for revenge, Çandarlı enters Galata.
Constantine realizes that the alliances Notaras attempted to form with the Serbians and the Karamanids have failed. Despite this, he writes a letter to the Pope seeking assistance. However, the Papacy refuses, with only one exception: Giovanni Giustianni. Against all odds, Giustianni sets out for Constantinople.
