The happy lives of the Karasu family are on the line with a great secret of Asiye Hanım, who has the biggest say in the family. The baby, which was given to the bride Şule at that time was the son of Hasan, which is the illegitimate son she hid from everyone. When Şule gave birth to her own son, Efe whom she looked like a son for five years became too much of burden for her.

Unaware that the child is not his own, Ali Kemal reacts to his wife's lack of interest in Efe. Şule took a wrong step to get rid of Efe and that mistake will bring Efe's real mother Akça into their life.
