Following the crash that involved Kadir, Zeynep, Cemre and Kerem, Zeynep is the only one conscious. Cemre, on the other hand, is in critical condition. Zeynep recognizes Kadir and is shocked. Zeynep is stuck between a rock and a hard place – helping Kadir and saving her daughter from the hands of her kidnappers. When emergency services arrive at the scene of the accident, Cemre and Kerem are rushed to the hospital while Kadir and Zeynep are nowhere to be found. With the police now involved, Veli must decide what he should do with Zeynep's daughter, Aylin. Cemre realizes the person who crashed her car and the person who stabbed her earlier, are the same person (Kerem). Belim and Demir are worried about the possible discovery of their forbidden relationship.
