Bir Gece Masalı (The Nightfall) (S01E01)

Mahir's father was martyred in an assassination in Denizli, where he was stationed. Twenty years later, Mahir returns to the city as a police commissioner to take revenge on his father's killer. However, on his first day back, he mystically encounters a stunningly beautiful Yörük girl and falls in love with her. Unable to learn her name, he nicknames this fairy-tale-like girl "Şehrazad."

While searching for the Şehrazad he loves, Mahir waits for the opportunity to expose his father's killer, Kürşat Kilimci. Mahir realizes that the chance he's been waiting for will come at Kürşat's daughter's wedding. However, what he doesn't yet know is that this wedding will be the place where Mahir's life changes forever and where a night of fairy tales begins.
