Doğan, a successful surgeon in İzmir, is forced to return to the family he has kept his distance from for years after the intense battles he fights in the emergency room. Coming to Istanbul for his sister’s wedding, Doğan finds himself confronting unresolved issues from his past and caught right in the middle of the power struggles within the Hancıoğlu family. On one side stands his authoritarian father Tahir; on the other, his ambitious brother Sinan, who knows no limits.

While Doğan’s arrival completely upsets the balance within the family, young and beautiful lawyer Çağla—who is driven by a strong sense of justice—is unwillingly drawn into this chaos because of her deep love for her brother Behram. As Doğan and Çağla’s paths cross in an irreversible way, their destinies begin to be rewritten. The unexpected events that follow force Doğan, against his will, to remain with his family far longer than he had ever planned.
