In preperation for Mipcom, which will take place in Cannes, Frances October 13 - 16, Kanal D has unveiled the poster for upcoming series, "Azize." While information about the series is still under wraps, we've learned that the series will follow "a passionate love full of impossibilities."
After a somewhat long search, Buğra Gülsoy and Hande Erçel were selected to star as the leads in the series, which will of course air on Kanal D!
"Azize" is produced by Süreç Film, and it will be directed Volkan Kocatürk and is said to be written by Emre Özdür, Başar Başaran and Meryem Gültabak.
About the series
Melek is a young nurse with a destroyed family. Her father, a successful captain, was killed by a mafia family, the Alpan family, when she was a little girl. She grew up in difficult conditions and planned revenge for those who killed her father and condemned her mother to a mental hospital, destroyed all of her life.
