The star-studded cast of Karakuyu, the new series set to premiere on Kanal D, came together for their first table read. Woven with family secrets, power struggles, and scores carried over from the past, Karakuyu will follow Ferda (Özge Törer) as she fights to reclaim her life and the land that belongs to her.
In Karakuyu, Ferda, who has distanced herself from her past and built a new life, returns to the land where she was born and raised after receiving an unexpected inheritance years later. Reunited with the family she left behind and once again face-to-face with Karakuyu’s most powerful figures, Ferda soon realizes the land left to her is far more than an inheritance.
As Ferda confronts the traces of her past, her return begins to shift the balance of power in Karakuyu. As she tries to protect her siblings and regain control of her life, she finds herself drawn into a battle she never expected. Kahraman (Onur Tuna), whom she meets along the way, opens the door to a new chapter in Ferda’s life, sparking a powerful attraction—and conflict—between the two.
The cast includes Onur Tuna, Özge Törer, Sermiyan Midyat, Uğur Uzunel, Yaren Yapıcı, Cenan Çamyurdu, Elçin Atamgüç, Emrah Özdemir, Ayça Erturan, Cihan Talay, Burcu Salihoğlu, Ceren Koç, Özlem Taş, Pervin Mert, Selen Güney, Abdullah Cersel, Defne Burnaz, Betül Alaz, Deniz Bal, Emin Çalış, Yaren Özkoca, Efe Akarler, Alperen Yazıcı, and Nazan Diper.
Produced by OGM, Karakuyu is directed by Nezaket Coşkun, written by Deniz Akçay, and coming soon to Kanal D.
