Netflix's original series, Kübra, featuring the streaming service's staple, Çağatay Ulusoy, will premiere on January 18, 2024.
In the cast of Kübra, which will take viewers on a mysterious and exciting journey, the lead actor, Çağatay Ulusoy, is accompanied by talented actors Aslıhan Malbora, Ahsen Eroğlu, Nazan Kesal, Cihan Talay, Aytek Şayan and Ahmet Mümtaz Taylan.
The eagerly anticipated series follows Gökhan (Ulusoy), an ordinary young man living in the backstreets of Istanbul, striving to set his life on track to marry the love of his life. His ordinary life takes a turn when he receives a message on a virtual application from an account named Kübra: "You are different!". Initially dismissing the message, Gökhan gradually understands the significance of it as Kübra sends him messages revealing information and warnings about unexpected events unknown to anyone else. Gökhan's acceptance of this truth sets him on a challenging journey, where he will encounter both supporters and adversaries. In this journey, Gökhan will find himself on the side of a battle he perceives as the "war between darkness and light."
