OGM Pictures is showing no signs of slowing down. The powerhouse prodco today announced the start of production on the long-gestating “Kral Kaybederse,” with big names attached to star.
Per the press release, the drama delves into a world of passion, betrayal, and power struggles, revealing a narrative where nothing is as it seems. It tells the story of a hunter becoming the hunted following Kenan Baran’s fall from power and the lives entangled in his descent. The series invites viewers to question what led to the “king’s” downfall.
In a journey where love turns into betrayal, power into weakness, and winners into losers, Kral Kaybederse promises to keep viewers glued to their screens, as knowing what the king stands to lose barely scratches the surface of the gripping story ahead.
Kral Kaybederse features a stellar ensemble cast including Halit Ergenç, Merve Dizdar, Aslıhan Gürbüz, Nilperi Şahinkaya, Murat Garipağaoğlu, Cenan Çamyurdu, Nalan Kuruçim, Fulden Söğüt Etik, Ezgi Ulusoy, Ferhan Gülşah Varlıoğlu, Cihan Talay, İdil Yener, Ali Rıza Kubilay, and Ferhat Yılmaz. The characters they portray and the intricacies of the story remain highly anticipated.
The series also boasts the directorial talents of Yağmur Taylan, Durul Taylan, and Cem Toluay. Adapted from Gülseren Budayıcıoğlu’s novel by Ertan Kurtulan, the screenplay is penned by Ertan Kurtulan, Eylem Akın, and Sedef Bayburtluoğlu Gürerk.
