The cast of NOW’s upcoming drama Sevdam Karadeniz, produced by Mia Yapım, came together for their first table read.
Directed by Aytaç Çiçek and written by Özge Korkmaz and Yeşim Gülay, the series tells the story of a generations-old blood feud born from the unfinished love story of Hafise (Ayşegül Günay) and Durali (Şerif Erol), two members of powerful Karadeniz families.
Years later, their grandchildren, Kuzey (Erdem Adilce) and Zeyşan (Damlasu İkizoğlu), are forced into an arranged marriage. Surrounded by long-buried secrets, forbidden love, and vows of revenge, the two young people must make a choice that could change the fate of their families forever.
Filming will begin in Trabzon, with Sevdam Karadeniz promising to take viewers on an emotional journey through its powerful story and strong ensemble cast.
