The story of two distinguished officers with diverse backgrounds is an action comedy series. Mustafa Kerim Can (Kerem Bürsin) also known as MKC, has built quite a name for himself on the European side of the city over the years. On the other hand, Mert Barca (İbrahim Çelikkol) is the most ambitious Organized Branch commissioner on the Anatolian side. The entire police force knows that these two men hate each other, and they have been trying to stay off each other’s path for years. Aside from their rivalry from the past, starting at the academy, the main issue between them is a highly emotional and personal one. After successfully conducting a drug raid known as the Mermaid Operation, a new mutual enemy appears. Even though it is too much of a conflict to work together, MKC and Mert must put their personal issues aside and partner up. Their arch nemesis is a hard one to take down, but it might be harder for them to tolerate each other along the way.
Sıfırıncı Gün follows a special 7-person police squad and their superior, Kadir, whom they all consider a father.

Suddenly the siblings are reunited but not as two brothers but two opponents on different side of the law. Will the brotherly love succeed to overcome all differences and heal wounded hearts?
